Bedroom located upstairs. As this was always a simple
modest structure, the ceilings are lower than conventional, and may not be appropriate
for the very tall. In fact, everyone should mind their head. Outfitted with a
queen-sized bed, satellite TV, and plenty of floor space to set up a crib, this
is a gentle romantic escape of a room. Intended to sleep just two adults, provisions
have been made to accommodate children on little foam beds with adorable custom linens
that can be set up in the bedroom or living room.

Living Room is a lovely green inspired by the vintage
curtains. Warm, buttery wood floors highlight this room. Spacious and pleasantly
appointed with antiques and superior lighting makes this a delightful room to be in.
Large TV w/DVD, separate stereo and electric fireplace for year-round use.
Though the cottage is over 150 years in age, it is outfitted with contemporary features
such as wireless high speed internet, cable TV, and cordless phone.

Located on three acres of retired apple orchards there is ample
space to wander up the mowed path through the orchards and have a picnic and catch the
sunset over the Catskills. Please note: poison ivy and apple trees go together, use
caution and dress appropriately, insect spray is provided at the cottage and its use is
strongly encouraged to fend off deer ticks a carrier of lyme disease. I mention these
items, not to alarm, but rather to educate.
